Zork I: The Great Underground Empire
One of the first and best games I played with my brother on our Commodore 64, Zork was a text based adventure game that was released in the early 1980s. It required hours and hours of game play*. I found the links below to the JAVA online versions of the game.

I never played that, or any of the text-based games, but I do remember them.
